Job Summary

As our data analyst, you will be responsible for setting up a comprehensive data analytics methodology.  This role is critical to ensuring that the company can effectively collect, analyze, and utilize data to enhance customer experiences, optimize operations, and drive business growth. The successful candidate will work closely with  the management team to establish the necessary data configurations and provide training for ongoing use.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a  strategy  for gathering  essential customer  data and  metrics  for service  data  (bookings and  completed  services), and operational  data  across our outlets  and  contact channels  including  social media, WhatsApp  etc.
• Configure  data collection  tools  and systems  (such  as Power  BI  or Excel) to  ensure  seamless and  efficient  data gathering  and  reporting.
• Analyze collected  data  to identify  key  trends, customer  behaviours,  and business opportunities.  Provide  actionable insights  to  support strategic  decisions.
• Create  intuitive  dashboards and  visualizations  in Power  BI  or Excel  to  enable management  to easily  interpret  and use  the  data.
• Provide training to the management team and relevant staff on how to use the analytics tools and dashboards effectively. Ensure a smooth transition of the analytics framework for ongoing use.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or  a  related field.
• Minimum  of 2  years  of experience  in  data analysis,  preferably  within the  retail, beauty,  or service  industry.
• Proficient  in Power  BI,  Excel, and  data  visualization tools.  Strong understanding  of data  collection  methodologies and  analytics  best practices..
• Ability  to translate  complex  data into  actionable  business insights.

Salary
