Data Analyst at Project Growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting and BI Infrastructure: Take ownership of the reporting infrastructure, ensuring it delivers actionable insights to both internal teams and customers.
• Data Model Enhancement: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine and expand the data model to support new features and improve scalability.
• Analytics Leadership: Become the go-to expert for analytics across the company, driving the use of data in strategic decision-making and feature development.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide solutions that enhance business operations.

Qualifications:

• Extensive Experience with Databases: Minimum 3 years of experience working with large datasets in Postgres or MySQL, including schema design, performance tuning, and complex query management.
• Startup Enthusiasm: A knack for navigating the fast-paced, evolving startup environment while effectively managing priorities and creating organized workflows.
