Data Analyst at ARM Hold Co.

The Data Analyst will be responsible for:

• Interpretation of sales and performance data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide insights and ongoing reports
• Research and collate and analyse industry and market data (from different sources) and provide actionable insights
•  Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimise statistical efficiency and data quality
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
•  Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Conduct predictive analytics on customer to generate sales leads and improve customer retention
• Work closely with management to prioritise business and information needs
• Identify and define new process improvement opportunities
• Generate cross-selling leads on customers through data analysis
• Develop the system and compute the commissions calculations for the salesforce
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• First degree in a related discipline
• Master’s degree and/ or relevant professional qualification/ certification will be added advantage. 
• 3 years’ experience, with relevant experience in Business Analysis or Data Analytics roles
• Experience with Predictive Analytics and Machine learning is an added advantage.
