Customers’ Communication & Service Support Officer

Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Quick response to email, WhatsApp and phone calls
• Direct and follow up customer’s enquiry to the appropriate section
• Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions
• Pitch ideas for improving customer care
• Create and maintain reports about customer interactions
• Participate in team-building activities
• Develop a rapport with customers
• Make recommendations to Sales team where necessary to improve customer experience
• Up to date regarding the daily operations of the Sales department
• Creating a reliable customer loyalty support
• Setting customer service goals for team members and helping them reach those goals
• Interacting with customers and handling customer queries and complaints in a timely manner
• Making weekly and monthly reports and surveys

Job Requirement:

• BSc/HND and Minimum of OND in any related institution courses
• Age: btw 23 and 29

Gender: Female (for Gender balance)

Remuneration: between #50,000 and #60,000

Must reside on the mainland

Resumption: must be ready to resume immediately or maximum in two weeks

Minimum of 2 years experience

Other requirements:

• Must be able to use Microsoft packages very well- WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT
• Good communication/spoken English. Must be able to write very well.
