Customer Value Proposition Officer - Private Banking
Work with relevant departments to maintain the consistent look and feel of the private banking lounges in Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt.
Interface with Marketing and Corporate communication department for update and production of brochures and marketing collaterals for Private Banking customers.
Manage concierge services and liaise with service providers to ensure seamless service delivery to PB clients.
Manage relationships with merchant partners to enhance PB customers experience.
Ensure that Private Banking brand remains distinct and aspirational at all times.
Manage platforms for collaboration with FBN UK and other partners.
Maintain oversight of the Private Banking website by liaising with administrators.
Manage concierge services upon launch and manage the relationship with merchant lifestyle partners.
To liaise with Private Bankers, customers and stakeholders to identify new trends and value proposition.
Identify opportunities for new or improvement of existing products and services through deep understanding of customers need and feedback on current services offered.
As part of the Bank’s Information Security requirements, maintain the security of all Information entrusted to the staff and comply with the principles and policies in the Information Security Handbook.
Requirements
Minimum Education: First Degree in any discipline with minimum of 2.2. or Higher National Diploma (HND) with minimum of Upper Credit.
Minimum experience : 6 years experience in Banking/Finance.
