Customer Support (Warehouse) at Speedaf Nigeria Limited

Job Summary

• The Customer Support Officer (Warehouse) will support warehouse operations by handling shipment inquiries, resolving delivery issues, and coordinating with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure smooth parcel processing and customer satisfaction within Speedaf’s express logistics network.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to warehouse shipments, pickups, and deliveries
• Track and follow up on delayed, missing, or returned parcels
• Liaise with warehouse, dispatch, and operations teams to resolve shipment issues
• Maintain accurate records of customer cases and shipment updates using Excel and internal systems
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding shipment status
• Prepare basic reports on warehouse-related customer issues

Requirements & Qualifications

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in customer support or operations
• Good Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and data tracking
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/logistics environment
• Must reside in or very close to Berger, Lagos
