Customer Support Representative at Prestmit

Salary: ₦100,000 - ₦150,000 per month

​​​​​​​Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer transaction requests, complaints, and inquiries efficiently.
• Provide expert support regarding transactions, products, and services offered on the platform.
• Investigate and promptly resolve payment disputes, ensuring positive customer relationships.
• Reconcile customer accounts and address discrepancies accurately.
• Communicate regularly with customers to provide updates on account statuses and payment issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Perform other tasks related to the role as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2  years of relevant experience.
• BSc in a related field (or equivalent).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable working under limited supervision and handling customer issues independently.
• Must be available for weekend and night shifts.
• Proficiency in computer use with average typing speed.
• Must reside within the Lekki axis (Candidates outside this area will not be considered).

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Sunday, with 2 days off each week.

Shifts include:

• 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• The schedule rotates weekly (e.g., Week 1: 7 AM – 2 PM, Week 2: 2 PM – 9 PM).

Important Notes:

• Only candidates who are willing and able to work weekends and night shifts should apply.
• Proximity to Lekki, Lagos is a MUST. Applicants without this will not be considered.
