Customer Support Representative (Financial Recovery) at MK Trend Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle large amounts of incoming and outgoing phone calls to follow up on overdue loan payments.
• Identify and assess customers\' needs to achieve satisfaction while negotiating manageable repayment schedules.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution of accounts.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Meet performance targets for daily and weekly financial recovery.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum of SSCE, OND, or HND qualification.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters calmly and persuasively.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proximity to Ikeja (Adeniyi Jones) or ability to commute reliably is strongly preferred.
• Readiness to resume immediately.

Compensation & Perks:

• Base Salary: ₦90,000 monthly
• Performance-based recovery bonuses
• HMO healthcare coverage
• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (plus two alternate Saturdays per month)
