    Customer Support / Front Desk Executive

    Job Summary:

    • Aazik Homes, a subsidiary of Aazik Group, is hiring a smart and organized Customer Support / Front Desk Executive to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, handle client inquiries and support customer engagement. She must live close to Wuse 2, Abuja and be skilled in client communication and basic office tools.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet and attend to walk-in clients and visitors at the front desk
    • Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally
    • Conduct follow-up calls and maintain good client relationships
    • Promote Aazik Homes products and guide clients as needed
    • Update and maintain accurate client records and appointment schedules
    • Manage and track office and product inventory
    • Provide basic administrative support and coordinate meetings
    • Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and organized
    • Use Microsoft Excel to record data and generate basic reports

    Requirements:

    • Gender: Female (role specific)
    • Age: Not more than 26 years old
    • Marital Status: Single
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Business, or related field

     Skills:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication
    • Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills
    • Ability to convert inquiries to sales where applicable
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills
