    Customer Support Assistant

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Minna.
    • The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support and be passionate about providing excellent service.

    Responsibilities

    • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat
    • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
    • Provide product information and support
    • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience in customer support
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Passion for providing excellent customer service.
