    Customer Success Officer

    Main Duties and Responsibilities

    • The Customer Success Officer will report to the Customer Success Manager with dotted reporting lines to the General Manager.
    • The main duties and responsibilities of the Customer Success Officer shall include

    Key Responsibilities

    • Champion the onboarding of new customer accounts; and ensure successful implementation for the lifetime of each account.
    • Ensure platform adoption by providing our customers with necessary insights
    • Collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering team and support all renewals and expansion opportunities
    • Build relationships and maintain the health of your accounts throughout the customer lifecycle
    • Register customers ID across all channels and ensure to follow up on the registration status before proceeding to testing.
    • Leverage technology, tools, and automation to manage your book of accounts at scale
    • Proactively conduct frequent customer pulse checks to improve our product and service offerings.
    • teams regarding product and service improvements.

    Requirements

    • Proven work experience (Minimum of 1 year) as a Customer Success representative or similar role
    • BSc. in English, or any Social Science field.
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Strong demonstration of emotional intelligence
    • Stakeholder/ People Management Skills.
    • Relevant Certification (e.g ITIL) is a plus
    • Fluency in French is an added advantage
