Our Client in the Betting Industry requires a Customer Success to join their team.
Location: Lekki, Lagos.
Responsibilities
Build relationships with assigned customers, help them with issues, and continually delight them with a positive, customer-centric attitude. Provide proactive strategy with their assigned customer accounts.
Work with customers to ensure they are leveraging effectively and finding value in our services.
Become an expert in communicating and educating customers on the use and benefits of our products
Attend to customer issues in a timely, efficient, and knowledgeable manner.
Manage customer relationship and ensure customer satisfaction.
Work closely with Sales, Support, Billing, and other Technical teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience and take care of any customer issues.
Assist customers with setting up and navigating programs or software.
Promote value through customer experience.
Requirements
First Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field with 2-3 years’ work experience in Customer Management.
Experience in a Betting Industry will be an added advantage.
Good Communication Skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Packages.
Attention to detail.
Relationship Management.
