Customer Success Officer at Peridot Forte Solutions Consulting

Our Client in the Betting Industry requires the service of a Customer Success Officer to join their team

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with assigned customers, help them with issues, and continually delight them with a positive, customer-centric attitude. Provide proactive strategy with their assigned customer accounts
• Work with customers to ensure they are leveraging effectively and finding value in our services
• Become an expert in communicating and educating customers on the use and benefits of our products
• Attend to customer issues in a timely, efficient, and knowledgeable manner.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with other technical teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience and take care of any customer issues

Requirements:

• First degree in any relevant disciple
• 1-2 years of experience in customer management in a Betting Industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Good conflict resolution skills
