This is a full-time remote position for a Customer Service Specialist at SnappyCX.
The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering exceptional customer service experiences on a daily basis.
Qualifications
Customer Support and Customer Service skills
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience expertise
Proficiency in Phone Etiquette
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Great personality with the ability to think 1-2 steps ahead to overcome objections.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree is preferred
