    Customer Service / Sales Representative - Edo

    Responsibilities

    • Answer phone calls, attend to customers respond to inquiries.
    • Address guest complaints and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
    • Issue and allocate stock and sales material to the sales team.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess an HND / BSc qualification
    • 1+ year of customer service/Sales experience in a restaurant or related field
    • Excellent communication, listening and problem-solving skills.
    • Front office management is an added advantage Basic Excel knowledge.
    • Should reside in the Lekki/Ajah axis.
    • Willing to work Monday to Saturday.
