Customer Service / Sales Executive at Rovingheights

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service through our social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
• Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages promptly and professionally
• Assist customers with book recommendations and online purchases
• Manage and update social media content to engage our community of book lovers
• Handle online sales transactions and coordinate with the inventory team
• Promote book-related events, special promotions, and new arrivals

Requirements:

• A deep passion for books and reading
• Proximity to Oshodi, Lagos
• Excellent written communication skills
• Experience in customer service and social media management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and tools
