Job Summary

• We are seeking highly motivated Customer Service Officers with exceptional telesales, marketing and convincing skills.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through phone calls, social media, and physical engagement, converting leads to paying customers, and providing excellent after-sales customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing:

• Make high volume outbound calls (telesales) to prospective customers from provided leads and personal sourcing
• Aggressively market and sell the company'sproducts and services
• Follow up on all leads, inquiries, and abandoned sales to close deals
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for customer acquisition and retention
• Upsell and cross-sell company products

Customer Service:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries, complaints and requests professionally
• Provide accurate information about products, pricing, delivery and services
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers
• Maintain customer database and update CRM regularly
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department

Reporting:

• Prepare daily sales reports and submit to the Sales Manager
• Gather market feedback and competitor intelligence

Requirements & Qualifications

• B.Sc / HND / OND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or any related field
• Minimum of 1-2 years proven experience in Telesales, Direct Sales, Customer Service or Call Center roles (Experience in fitness, wellness, tech or lifestyle products is an added advantage)
• Must be between 22 - 35 years
• Exceptional persuasive, negotiation and closing skills
• Great with telesales – confident on the phone, not call-shy
• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills
• Smart, articulate, well-groomed and customer-centric
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver on targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media engagement (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook)
• Must reside in Abuja or be willing to relocate
