• We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Provide information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, escalating more complex matters to appropriate departments when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and complaints in accordance with company policies.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and service offerings.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• A positive, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
