Work with order release and fulfilment systems in Shopify and proprietary systems.
Maintain and execute return processing through integrated system.
Receive and promptly service customer calls and emails regarding all aspects of the sales order process, return goods authorization and general product knowledge.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Communicate with brand management regarding issues or concerns.
Qualifications/Skills:
Strong communication skills with fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
2 to 3 years of customer service experience in ecommerce.
Courteous customer service skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Excellent computer skills with general PC /Mac and Microsoft Office knowledge.
Ability to multi-task.
Working knowledge of Shopify a plus.
Must be able to work eastern standard schedule 40-hour week, including Monday through Friday split schedules and alternating Sundays.
Must have functioning internet provider and personal computer available.
