As the Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless service delivery across all customer touchpoints.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels while ensuring professional communication
Process and track customer orders accurately, providing timely follow-ups and updates
Maintain and update customer records using CRM systems such as QuickBooks and Zoho
Resolve complaints efficiently and coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in customer service (hospitality experience is an advantage)
Proficiency in CRM systems such as QuickBooks and/or Zoho with strong computer literacy
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
