    Customer Service Representative / Sales

    Job Summary / Description

    • We are seeking a results-driven and persuasive Customer Service Representative / Sales Closer to join its E-Commerce Department.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting qualified leads into paying customers by effectively presenting products/services, addressing objections, and guiding prospects through the final stages of the sales process.
    • The Sales Closer plays a critical role in revenue generation by ensuring high conversion rates, maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering an exceptional buying experience aligned with the company’s growth objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Engage with inbound and outbound leads generated through the company’s e-commerce platforms and marketing channels.
    • Convert prospective customers into successful sales through effective communication and negotiation strategies.
    • Conduct product presentations, consultations, and closing conversations via calls, chats, emails, or virtual meetings.
    • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
    • Handle objections professionally and provide solutions that encourage purchase decisions.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
    • Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize conversion opportunities.
    • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
    • Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to improve customer acquisition and retention.
    • Provide feedback on customer behavior, product demand, and market trends.
    • Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communication, or related fields.
    • Relevant professional certifications in sales or digital marketing will be an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 1 – 3 years proven experience in sales closing, e-commerce sales, or high-ticket sales roles.
    • Experience working with online sales funnels, lead management, or digital products/services is highly preferred.
    • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    • Strong internet and digital communication proficiency.
    • Availability to work flexible hours when required.
    • Professional attitude and strong work ethics.
    • Ability to represent the company brand positively at all times.
    • Commitment to achieving organizational sales objectives.
