We are seeking proactive and articulate individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (Outbound) for a 3-month project.
The successful candidates will be responsible for placing outbound calls to customers to conduct surveys, collect feedback, and accurately record responses.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to engage professionally with a diverse audience.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers to conduct surveys as assigned.
Accurately record and report responses in the designated system.
Adhere to daily calling targets and project timelines.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality on all calls.
Escalate any challenges or feedback from respondents as required.
Requirements
Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. qualification.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or telemarketing role is an added advantage.
Fluency in Yoruba is a strong advantage.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Must be available forimmediate resumption (November 17, 2025).
Proximity to Maryland, Lagos is a plus.
