Customer Service Representative at Myafrimall Logistics Limited

Location: Akiode - Berger, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome walk-in customers and respond promptly to client enquiries across digital channels (calls, WhatsApp, email).
• Provide accurate details regarding shipping rates, delivery timelines, tracking, and the full range of company services.
• Conduct thorough physical inspections of inbound items and report defects, damages, or irregularities immediately.
• Accurately process, pack, and prepare cargo/packages for shipment in line with company handling standards.
• Prepare required shipping documentation, invoices, and operational paperwork with high precision.
• Maintain clean, organised daily logs of client interactions, branch shipments, and transactions.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth, efficient daily workflow at the branch.

Qualifications & Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in any relevant discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, logistics operations, retail, or a related field (entry-level candidates with strong aptitude are welcome to apply).
• Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Close attention to detail with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel).
• Proximity to the Akiode/Ojodu/Berger axis is a strong advantage.
