Customer Service Representative at Mopheth Group

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Resolve complaints and provide accurate information about products/services
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
• Document customer interactions and feedback for internal use
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 0-3 years experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask effectively
• Basic computer proficiency (email, CRM tools, etc.)
• Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Must reside within or very close to Ikate Lekki – only nearby applicants will be shortlisted

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 / Month.
