    Customer Service Representative

    Locations: (Ajah, Lekki, Ketu, Ikeja, Agungi Lekki, Berger, Oniru, Ikota Lekki, Okota and Ejigbo) Lagos, Enugu, Ibadan - Oyo, Owerri - Imo and Benin City - Edo

    Responsibilities

    • Managing inbound and outbound contacts, as well as de-escalating situations with unhappy customers.
    • Providing patient assistance and support.
    • Guiding callers through troubleshooting.
    • Supporting company compliances and protocols.
    • Processing timely referrals to referral attorneys within our network database.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND or OND in relevant fields with 1 - 4 years work experience.
