    Customer Service Representative

    Our client is seeking a professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support by responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues, and maintain accurate records to support efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
    • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
    • Process customer requests and provide accurate information about the company\'s logistics services.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote loyalty and long-term satisfaction.
    • Coordinate with operations and other internal departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
    • Monitor customer requests and follow up to ensure complete resolution.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and service requests.
    • Prepare regular customer service reports and escalate recurring issues where necessary.
    • Ensure compliance with company service standards and customer service procedures.
    • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and recommend process improvements.

    Person Specifications

    • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or related field.
    • 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably within the logistics, transportation, or service industry.
    • Must be computer savvy with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to handling customer concerns.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively under pressure.
