Job Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative in our Courier and Logistics company, you will be responsible for attending to  customers that want to send shipment or making enquiry and ensuring the smooth delivery of shipments. You will act as a liaison between the company by packaging our shipment before final processing.

Qualifications:

• OND or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics, courier, or transportation industry.
• Strong knowledge of courier services, shipping processes, and tracking systems.
