Customer Service Representative at CWW Tech Africa

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries received via WhatsApp, phone, email, social media, and other communication channels.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Follow up on unresolved inquiries to ensure issues are properly addressed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM/helpdesk system.
• Generate sales leads
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and quotas.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Document knowledge in the form of solution articles.

Requirements

• BSc / HND in a relevant field related to your preferred role
• Must have at least 1 year experience in chosen role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Must have completed NYSC
• Must be 28 years old or younger
• Must reside within Gbagada and its environs.
• Familiarity with social media platforms
• Must be available to resume immediately.
