Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Listen attentively to questions and concerns and respond promptly with a resolution according to company guidelines
Maintain a courteous and calm manner at all times to de-escalate stressful situations
Document information to create, update, or adjust customer accounts.
Prepare call-related information for purposes of auditing and reporting.
Suggest products and services to clients based on their requests and needs.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Qualifications for Customer Service Agent
Must be computer Savvy
Efficient and effective team player.
Good grammar, spelling and punctuation.
Good phone etiquettes and communication skills.
must be willing to work on shift basis
Be willing to work under pressure.
You must be resident in Lekki/Ajah or its environs most preferably.
Have at least 2 year experience on the job.
Must have completed NYSC.
Bsc/Hnd in communication,computer science, mass communication or any related course
Industry.
