    Customer Service Representative

    Job Description

    • Maintain customer accounts through open and interactive communication
    • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools
    • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolutions
    • Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas.
    • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
    • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

    Requirements

    • Proven customer support experience
    • (HND/B.Sc.) in any discipline
    • Excellent Communication Skills - Ability to communicate effectively with others orally and in writing
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
    • Familiar with CRM systems and practices
