Customer Service Representative at Brit Property Nigeria

Note: Only candidates currently residing around the Ajah axis will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Provide accurate information on available properties, pricing, and amenities
• Schedule property inspections and meetings with sales agents
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain updated client records using CRM software
• Provide administrative support to the sales team
• Make at least one direct sale per quarter
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
• Must be organised, detail-oriented, and a team player
