JOB DESCRIPTION

• Interact with customers to address inquiries, complaints, or feedback via phone, email, live chat, social media, or in person, ensuring responses are friendly, clear, and professional.
• Process orders, returns, exchanges, billing issues, and refunds, coordinating with other departments as needed to ensure efficient resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records by documenting interactions, transactions, and outcomes in CRM systems or other tools.
• Resolve customer issues by analyzing and troubleshooting product or service challenges; when necessary, escalate to appropriate teams or supervisors.
• Provide product and service information—such as pricing, availability, usage guidance, and recommendations—and proactively identify upselling or cross‑selling opportunities.
• Collect and act on customer feedback, monitor reviews, and help craft helpful content (like FAQs or knowledge-base articles) to improve service quality and customer experience.
• Track and report on key customer service metrics—such as CSAT, NPS, average resolution time—to measure performance and drive improvements.
• Demonstrate strong soft skills—empathy, active listening, patience, emotional intelligence, multitasking, teamwork, adaptability, and conflict resolution—to support high-quality service delivery.
