Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities
- Welcome customers in person or via telephone
- Receive and check garments thoroughly for defects
- Tag the clothes with the customer name and order number
- Be creative and come up with ways to improve service
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND qualification with a minimum of 2 years experience.
- Be able to work with little or no supervision
- Ability to take initiative
- Attention to detail
