As the Customer Service Officer, you will serve as the frontline representative of the brand, ensuring excellent customer experience by managing inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues efficiently.
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries across phone, WhatsApp, and social media channels
Process and confirm customer orders accurately and efficiently

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
