    Customer Service Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Respond to customer requests and inquiries.
    • Accurate taking job orders and ensuring completion within stipulated time.
    • Proper keeping of financial records.
    • Creates and maintains reports about customer experience.
    • Makes recommendations to management to improve customer experience

    Skills

    • Passion for customer service delivery.
    • Ability to work under pressure.
    • Attention to detail.
    •  Strong phone contact handling and active listening skill

    Minimum Requirements

    • Good use of Microsoft Excel
    • Must be available full time.

    Salary: N30,000 Monthly.
