Job Summary:

The job holder will work with the Asset Management Operations team in executing clients mandate and ensuring good customer service.

Job Description:
- Attending to clients both walk-in and virtual
- Executing clients mandates
- Opening account for customers
- Ensuring good customer service
Job Requirement:
- Experience working in a financial services firm as a Customer service officer
- First degree in any field
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skill
