    Customer Service Officer

    Job Description

    A Customer Service Officer represents the first point of contact with the clients of a business. They perform essential front desk administrative duties including answering phone calls, greeting clients, and overseeing the office budget.
    Also known as a front desk receptionist.

    • At Avario Digital’s LTD, our CSO is to oversee all receptionist and secretarial duties at our main entrance desk and serve as an intermediary for support staff (cleaners, securities, drivers), clients and the management.
    • Understanding that special functions like access to enquiry emails, and official enquiry lines of all brands that co-exist within Avario Digitals LTD is compulsory.
    •  You will be required to perform a range of duties including answering phone calls, managing tasks as applicable and an ambience that keeps clients.
    • Your central goal is to provide our clients with outstanding customer service and support. As the ‘face’ of our company, you are to be always presentable and friendly, with outstanding people’s skills, a talent for multi-tasking, with excellent communication and organizational skills. It’s a must that your product knowledge is excellent.

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
    • Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
    • Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
    • Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
    • Accept all letters and packages and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
    • Monitor, organize and forward emails appropriately
    • Assign tickets to the required departments
    • Track and order office equipment and supplies.
    • Maintain records and files.
    • Oversee the office expense budget.
    • Always monitor the ambience & cleanliness of the office
    • Appraise support staff based on deliverables
    • Prepare and collate daily, weekly, and monthly report (e.g., Customer Satisfaction etc.)
    • Proper bookkeeping especially statutory records (visitors logbook, staff attendance etc.)
    • Monitor invoices and expense records
    • Setup meetings and appointments both inhouse / client
