The Customer Service Officer is responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring that the needs of customers are being satisfied and promote this idea throughout the organization.

Job functions include:

• Attend to customers' inquiries via email, social media, telephone calls, and face to face, providing necessary and adequate information to inform the customer’s buying decision.
• Issue out and record payment receipts.
• Greet and welcome guests and customers into the company.
• Participate in enhancing the company’s image via social media.
• Improves customer service procedures, policies, and standards for the company
• Collect customer feedback by making clear notes on an inquiry/complaint, channeling them to relevant members of staff, and by ensuring the answer is given on time
• Provide help and advice to customers using the company’s products or services
• Provide possible improvements to customer service
• Understands the company's reputation and ensures to retain that image by continually enhancing the organization’s performance

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of OND in any area of study
• At least 1-year experience in a similar role
