    Customer Service Manager

    Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)

    Job Description

    • As a Customer Service Manager, your most important role is leading and motivating a team of staff to ensure they’re giving the best customer service possible.
    • You’ll also be expected to know your company’s products and policies inside out and be able to communicate it to other members of staff.
    • Because customer services jobs can encompass a range of industries, your daily tasks may change.

    Responsibilities

    • Support the Company’s goal for a wide company customer service policy.
    • Responsible for the day to day management of the Customer Services Unit.
    • Providing leadership and direction to the Customer Services Unit.
    • Introduction and improvement of possibilities to measure customer satisfaction
    • Derivation of ways to improve the level of satisfaction
    • Communication with customers via telephone, email, letters or face-to-face meetings
    • Providing help and advice to the respective customers
    • Ensures that orders or transactions are correctly processed and to answer questions or resolve customer complaints
    • Discussion with managers from other departments to agree on possible improvements

    Requirements

    • Degree in Business / Economics, Marketing, Management or Business related fields
    • 5 - 10 years work experience.
    • Practical experience in customer service role and position.
    • Ability to listening as well as communicate with the customer in a professional and service- oriented way
    • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Ability to stay confident, polite and patient in challenging situations
    • Good self-presentation when meeting the clients
    • Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques

    Salary
    N300,000 Monthly.
