    Customer Service Manager

    • Clinix Healthcare is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-oriented Customer Service Manager to lead our patient relations and front office team at our Awka branch. We are committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services and are looking for a leader who is passionate about enhancing patient experience and operational efficiency.

    Responsibilities

    •  Oversee the daily operations of the customer service and front desk team.
    •  Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and service quality.
    •  Train, mentor, and supervise customer service staff to ensure high performance.
    •  Handle escalated patient complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
    •  Monitor patient feedback, analyze trends, and report on service metrics.
    •  Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient flow.
    •  Manage appointment scheduling, patient registration, and inquiry processes.
    •  Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies in all patient interactions.Requirements & Skills
    •  Proven leadership and team management abilities.
    •  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    •  Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare management software.
    •  Customer-centric mindset with a focus on empathy and professionalism.
    •  Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
    •  Experience in handling confidential information with discretion.

    Qualifications

    •  BSc/HND in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
    •  Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in a healthcare or service industry setting.
    •  Proven track record in improving customer satisfaction scores.
