    Customer Service Manager

    Requirements

    • Should have requisite knowledge in utilisation of any CRM application package.
    • Experience from any social lending firm will be an added advantage.  
    • Excellent formal communication skills.
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • Display high level of temperament and ability to multitask.
