Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Lead to manage and enhance our customer support operations in Agrospace Agritech Fintech.
- The ideal candidate will oversee customer interactions, ensure service excellence, and contribute to building trust and loyalty among our clients, including smallholder farmers, agri-businesses, and financial partners.
- The role involves developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, leading a team of support staff, and using digital tools to deliver seamless customer experiences tailored to the needs of the agricultural and financial sectors.
Requirements
- OND / HND / B.Sc in Business Administration, Agriculture, Finance, or a related field.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in customer service.
- Must be living in Ado-Ekiti or Akure.
