    Customer Service - Lead

    Our Member Company in the FINTECH Sector (A Member Company in CONTEC GLOBAL GROUP) is urgently recruiting for the position below:

    The Lead-Customer Service is responsible for Managing the Customer Service Specialists, developing measures to maintain excellent customer Service, responsible for the smooth running of the department, ensuring that there is an increase in customer satisfaction.

    Requirement.

    • HND/B.Sc from any higher institution
    • Must have at 5 – 7 years in the Customer Service Unit with minimum 3 years active as a Customer Service –Lead in the same or related Sector (FINTECH, E-Payment, Mobile Money. Telecoms)
    • Proficient in the use of Excel and general Microsoft Office tools.
    • Data Analytics Skills.
