    Customer Service Interns

    Job Responsibilities

    • Interact with customers when they bring in their items to be cleaned and to make customers feel welcome and comfortable
    • Make inbound and outbound calls
    • Take customer’s complaints and seek proactive ways to resolve their problems, proffering solutions
    • Support in resolving customer complaints.

    • Confidence and firm, yet respectful
