We are looking for a Customer Service Intern with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our products/ services inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, invoices and requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
• Work with the entire team to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.

Job Requirement

• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with customer service, CRM systems and practices
• Good understanding of social media platforms and the ability to publish and respond to client requests on Social Media. 
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Applicants must be IT literate and comfortable using computers.
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
• Must be available to work occasionally at nights, holidays and weekends
• Familiarity with all of the goods and services offered by the company

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of SSCE.
• Related work experiences, such as logistics, warehousing, storage, janitorial, retail or administration, could be an advantage.
• Computer literacy and social media skills with the ability to use IT packages and electronic communication methods.

Note

• Applicants must be based in Lagos and live within close proximity to Gbagada.
• Applicants must be ready for an online assessment and physical interview.
• Individual's age must be between 20 - 25 Years.
• The internship duration is 5 Months. 
• Interns can become full staff depending on the availability of roles and performance during the internship program.
