    Customer Service Intern

    • We are building a structured, high-performing team and are looking for a Customer Service Intern to support our daily operations during a busy period.

    Role Overview

    • We are seeking a proactive and reliable Customer Service Intern to support client enquiries, bookings, and communication. This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, especially during peak periods and staff leave.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond promptly to customer enquiries (WhatsApp, calls, and social media)
    • Assist in converting enquiries into confirmed bookings
    • Follow up with leads and maintain communication with clients
    • Provide clear and professional information about iKooK services
    • Support scheduling and coordination with the operations team
    • Maintain accurate records of enquiries and bookings

    Work Structure

    • Fully remote role
    • Must be available during daytime working hours
    • Required to work 5–6 days per week (including weekends if needed)

    Requirements

    • Based in Nigeria
    • Strong communication and customer service skills
    • Responsive and reliable (very important)
    • Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Docs/Sheets
    • Able to learn quickly and follow processes
    • Previous customer service experience is a plus
