    Customer Service Executive

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive Customer Service Executive to join our team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
    • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
    • Provide product/service information to customers as required

    Requirements

    • OND / HND / B.Sc in any relevant field with 1 – 2 years experience in a customer service role
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite
    • Must reside in or very close to Ogba, Berger, Ikeja or environs
