    Customer Service Executive

    Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
    Industry: Beauty Salon

    Job Overview

    • As the Customer Service Executive, you are responsible for achieving sales goals through exceptional customer service, providing product / services information, answering questions, and resolving any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Welcome walk-in clients
    • Develop in-depth knowledge of all products: their features and benefits
    • Respond to calls, emails, and direct messages on social media platforms(WhatsApp,Facebook, and Instagram)
    • Collect and record information and appointment details from walk-in clients
    • Book and confirm appointments
    • Send appointment reminders to clients
    • Prepare daily reports on sales
    • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
    • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
    • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
    • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
    • Receive and process payments from walk-in clients
    • Confirm payments and send receipts via email
    • Reconcile clients orders with stylists
    • Keep records and follow up with stylists to know the status of clients orders
    • Ensure clients orders being sent out are in line with the company’s standards
    • Call clients to get feedback after-sales and services
    • Send company approved broadcast messages and newsletters to customers monthly
    • Take the extra mile to engage customers

    Qualifications

    • Should possess a B.Sc. or HND in a related field.
    • 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
    • Great interpersonal skills
    • Highly Organized and Self-control
    • Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
    • Good organizational skills
    • Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different customers
    • Effective listening skills
    • High emotional intelligence
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

    Salary
    N80,000 - N120,000 / Month.
