    Customer Service & Engagement Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond promptly to messages across channels.
    • Provide accurate delivery and pricing information.
    • Coordinate order fulfilment and maintain a 90% delivery success rate.
    • Track deliveries and update customers.
    • Follow up with existing and bulk clients.
    • Ensure all customers complete required payments.
    • Escalate suspicious activity or policy violations.
    • Support workflow improvements and tech adoption.

    Requirements

    • BSc, HND, or MSc in any field.

    Location Requirement:

    • Must reside in Lagos.
    • Preference for candidates near Surulere/Yaba.

    Required Skills & Competencies:

    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Strong customer service orientation.
    • Ability to multitask under pressure.
    • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
    • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business or CRMs (added advantage).

    Salary
    N70,000 - N100,000 / month
