    Customer Service Agent

    Responsibilties

    • Educate customers on the benefits of the product and Services offerings and assist them in selecting the most suitable products/services based on their needs.
    • Drive sales of mobile money (MoMo) services by explaining the convenience and security of digital transactions and assisting customers in setting up accounts.
    • Assist clients with enrollment and registration.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
    • Remain informed about market trends, product advancements, and rivalry to strategically place our products.
    • Share your thoughts with management regarding market developments, consumer preferences, and areas that could want improvement.
    • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
    • Cross sell other products and services.
    • Generate interest in new products or services and connect customers with salespeople when require
    • Foster and maintain relationships with customers to improve our retention rate.
    • Activity and task reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
    • Attend all required customer service-related meetings
    • Perform mathematical calculations regarding sales and inventory.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of SSCE.
    • 1 - 3 years proven experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications, Mobile Money or related industry.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse customer groups.
    • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with a focus on closing sales.
    • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a drive to succeed.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with mobile technology, digital payments, and government identification processes is desirable.
    • Proficiency in using sales software, CRM systems, and basic computer applications.
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer needs.
    • Integrity, honesty, and a commitment to upholding ethical business practices.
